About the Advocate

Advocate Mandeep Kaur has built her practice over more than nine years on a foundation of rigorous legal analysis and genuine commitment to her clients' interests. Based in Tagore Garden, New Delhi, she brings the same standard of diligent preparation to every matter — whether a bail application in a special court or a complex property dispute in the district judiciary.

Her practice spans criminal defense — including matters under the PMLA, NDPS Act, and anti-corruption statutes — alongside civil litigation, matrimonial proceedings, and consumer disputes. This breadth allows her to approach each case with a multi-dimensional perspective that is often critical where civil and criminal elements intersect.

Educated at the LL.B. and LL.M. levels, and enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi, Advocate Kaur is a member of the Delhi High Court Bar Association and the Delhi Bar Association at Tis Hazari. She practises before the Delhi High Court, district courts across Delhi, and various specialised tribunals and forums.
